What if you gave up the struggle?

What do you need to let go of in order to move forward? Just because your past tells a story, it doesn't mean that your present and future need to be shaped by it. You can take the learning, but let the painful experience go. In order to do that, you need to stop talking about it in a dis-empowering way.

If you're holding on to an experience that you know is holding you back, consider what it would feel like if you let it go. Life is made up of several experiences that help shape us. Don't let one of those experiences define the rest of your days. It was meant to help you grow. Find gratitude for the growth and then release the story.
